If you're prone to sore and achy feet, a dual foot massager might be what you need to relieve that pain.

In this TheraFlow Dual Foot Massager review we'll examine the product and see if it works as promised. Looking for a decent and cheap dual foot massager?

TheraFlow Dual Foot Massager Summary:

Rating: 90/100

Price: Under $20

Pros: Curved to match the shape of your foot. Cheap, lightweight, and comfortable. Perfect for people who spend a lot of time on their feet.

Bottom Line: I really like this little foot massager. It's made from high quality wood and the ridges aren't too sharp - just the size. I recommend this model to anyone who needs a good foot massage.

What is TheraFlow Dual Foot Massager?

The TheraFlow Dual Foot Massager is a wooden foot roller designed to massage the entire length of your foot.

It's a very simple yet effective foot roller. Most people place it underneath their desks or couch and casually massage their feet on it. It's great for relieving stress after a long day.

The surface of the product contains four rollers with small ridges. One of the rollers contains larger nubs for your heels or the ball of your foot, allowing for a more focused foot massage.

How to Use TheraFlow Dual Foot Massager?

To use the foot massager, simply place your feet on the center of the roller, and gently move them back and forth so the rings can massage the entire area of your foot.

The amount of pressure you apply is up to you, some knots will require more pressure, but try to avoid placing your full weight on the surface or it might break.

Theraflow Provides Reflexology:

After a foot massage with this product, many people claim other areas of their body feel more relaxed as well. The idea is based on Reflexology, a form of alternative medicine that involves linked pressure zones, more common in Eastern Medicine.

Chances are you have seen charts of all the various body parts that can be improved by massaging areas of the foot. Although there is no clear scientific evidence to support this idea, many people report it does work.

As an Occupational Therapy student, I took a Reflexology course and have witnessed the connection that exists between the foot and body. It's kind of strange, but the more you study human anatomy, the more you realize how our body and bodily systems are interconnected.

People who use Theraflow claim that after a dual foot massage their entire body feels much more relaxed, not limited to their feet. Whether you believe in Reflexology or not, that's a win in our books.

Benefits of TheraFlow Dual Foot Massager:

Since the product massages your feet, the same benefits that come with foot massages can be applied to the product.

Let's run through them.

1. Pain Relief:

Let's face it. Not all of us are lucky to work at office jobs where we aren't required to stand for hours on end.

There are plenty of jobs that require constant movement, and walking around or standing for hours takes a toll on your foot health. For example, nurses spend almost the entire day on their feet, rushing from one department to the next.

Afterwards, a foot massage is often one of the best feelings in the world. Well, if you spend a lot of time on your feet, one of these rollers might be exactly what you need to make it through another day.

The vast majority of people who have used this product say it's one of the most relaxing rollers they ever used, and their feet feel amazing after a session.

2. Relieve Plantar Fasciitis:

Although the chances of this foot massager completely curing Plantar Fasciitis are slim, many people have said it helps to reduce the pain.

If you're looking for a way to eliminate Plantar Fasciitis all together, I recommend you check out our Top Recommended Plantar Fasciitis Night Splints.

3. Alleviate Stress:

The muscles in your feet are just as prone to stress as other muscles in your body. Walking for hours a day can place an enormous amount of stress on them, which can lead to cramps, soreness, and stiffness.

The TheraFlow Dual Foot Massager is great for alleviating that stress. It will make you feel much more relaxed and comfortable.

Where to Buy TheraFlow Foot Massager?

Though you may be able to find the roller in department stores, one of the easiest ways to buy it is through Amazon.

You can use the button below to grab one for your home or purchase it as a gift for someone you know who struggles with chronic foot pain.

What We Liked:

TheraFlow Dual Foot Massager Pros:

1. It's Lightweight:

The product is very light, with a shipping weight of only 1.6 pounds. Transporting the roller is no problem.

2. Made from Quality Theaceae Wood:

Theacea wood is one of the most common materials for household products due to it's strength. Very sturdy and stable.

3. Budget-Friendly:

This is one of the cheapest foot rollers out there. You can buy multiple for your own home or as gifts for friends without breaking the bank.

If you struggle with chronic foot pain but you don't have much money to invest in a physical therapist, this could be one alternative.

4. Arched Shape:

TheraFlow Dual Foot Massager is shaped to match the curve of your foot, something that is vital to your foot health.

This arched shape allows the wheels to reach every area of your foot, and you can focus pressure on certain areas by shifting your weight.

5. Lifetime Warranty:

TheraFlow is confident with the quality of their products, so they most of their products have a lifetime warranty.

With this particular model they offer a free lifetime warranty. If it's ever damaged, they'll replace it free of charge. No risk.

Conclusion:

Overall, I really like the TheraFlow Dual Foot Massager and regularly use it. I can't think of any major downsides; it's a simple product that gets the job done.

For the price, it's hard to beat. I think every home should contain at least one of these, and they are great for the office too. You can even carry them in a handbag because it's so light and small.

Now it's your turn. What do you think about this particular massager? Share your thoughts in the comment section below.

  1. Hey Babsie,

That will help but more importantly is to get your Dad using a Night Splint for plantar fasciitis. This is easily the best way to treat the disorder for a number of reasons.

Massage is important as well, but I’ve found night splints, stretching, use of hot/cold and some therapeutic exercises will do the trick to treat plantar fasciitis.

Check out this post to learn more and help your Dad: What is the Best Night Splint for Plantar Fasciitis?

    Hope that helps!

  2. Hi Todd!  This is a great option for foot health!  It looks like it can do wonders for the feet, especially for chronic foot pain.  I like that the product is very affordable too.  I will be buying one for my husband, he has complained of foot pain in the past and the TheraFlow Dual Foot Massager looks it may be a great alternative to my hands!

    1. Great choice Kareb and thanks for your feedback on our Theraflow Duel Foot Massager review, much appreciated. I think you’ll enjoy this product and find it a great alternative to massages.

      Thanks

  3. I learned reflexology many years ago and I highly recommend this foot massager

Your feet direct the flow of energy to all parts of your body and regular foot massage is a great way to get relief in your organs as well as nerves pressing in places they shouldn’t

This is a great review and I will share this post as I  found it very informative and a great product recommended

    1. Thanks Vicki for spreading the word. And you are right, I took a reflexology class when I was going through occupational therapy school and it’s amazing how we are so interconnected within our bodies. No doubt about it, taking care of one’s feet is very important and having a due foot massager can make the process much easier.

      Best,
      Todd

  4. Your review of the Theraflow Dual Foot Massager was very well done. You gave us some good information on the Massager and well highlighted its benefits in a detailed, in-depth and fascinating way. You state the benefits of owning and using the Messager, especially if one has problems with tired feet. If you have a job you likely have tired feet. You elaborated on how to use it and its benefits for the feet.

You make the Theraflow Dual Foot Massage sound like it is one worth owning. I have to include that on my to-do agendas. I am a high school teacher and the policy in our district is that teachers are not allowed to sit down during instructional time so my feet ache often and it is a complaint I hear from many of my colleagues. Given that, I need to get a Theraflow Dual Foot Massage You have made me a potential fan.

    Thanks for this great information.

    God bless you!

    1. That’s awesome Ronald and thank you for your kind feedback on our post. It’s definitely a challenge when you’re on your feet all day to find some time to rest them and provide a little therapy for them. I think you’ll enjoy this product and get a lot of good use out of it. You may want to encourage some of your fellow teachers to check it out as well.

      Thanks again,
      Todd

  5. This is an interesting tool to have in my home. My mom loves when her children massage her foot. With this foot massager, she can do it on her own when we aren’t available to help her. I may also use this tool for myself. My family believes in reflexology and we sometimes meet with Sin She (a ‘guru’ in alternative medicine and treatment) to cure non lethal diseases or bodily pain. Thank you for this review article.

    1. You bet Alblue, thanks for sharing your story as well. The Theraflow Duel Foot Massager will definitely provide your Grandmother with a way to perform her foot massages and you’ll find that the effect to using this massager is similar to reflexology.

      Thanks

  6. I went over to my Dad’s yesterday, and he was sitting in the chair with a towel around his foot and he was pulling the towel from either side and pulling the top of his foot toward him.  I said, “What are you doing?”  He told me he has Plantar Fasciitis and the doctor gave him this exercise to stretch out his heel.  I’m going to grab him one of these Theraflow Dual Foot Messagers.  I think this will really help him a lot.
