Each and every one of us plays a major role in our own health and well being.

With a little education and training, we can all manage our aches and pains and avoid many of the medical conditions that plaque modern day societyEspecially As We Age!

The under appreciated awareness of the role that STRESS plays in our lives is a major influence in our physical and mental health.

By incorporating some good old fashion habits in our daily routine (exercise, meditation, yoga, laughter, sense of appreciation and gratitude), we can increase our self awareness and live the highest quality of life we are able to live.yoga

I often ask my patients if they can think of their health in terms of an investment.

If we take a little time out of each and every day to do something positive for ourselves, we can make a major difference in our health, happiness and quality of life.

Do you have 30 minutes a day to exercise, stretch, meditate or simply practice some deep breathing exercises?

As we increase our knowledge and awareness in how we function in our everyday lives, we can prevent many disorders and diseases.

For example, if you work on a computer all day (or do any type of job that requires repetitive physical motion), you have a high probability to develop neck, shoulder, forearm and back pain.

This can lead to numerous upper body disorders (Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Tennis Elbow, Golfer’s Elbow, etc).

But if you are attentive to your posture, take a break each hour or two to stretch your neck, back, legs, shoulders, and forearms, you can completely prevent these types of disorders which can in turn prevent chronic disabilities and diseases.

I’m an Occupational Therapist from United States and I’ve worked in rehabilitation centers, outpatient clinics, and hospitals for over a decade now – WOW time fly’s by fast, doesn’t it.

I’ve treated most every medical condition and 1,000’s of patients as an OT (Occupational Therapist).

This has allowed me to develop effective therapeutic programs for whatever disability I’m treating.

I created this website to help educate people on what I teach patients on a daily basis in order to prevent disorders and future disabilities.

Medical expenses are sky rocketing these days and with a little preventative medicine, we can avoid expensive medical bills and doctor/therapy visits.

The Intention of this Website is to Help


Again, the intention of this website is to help people out through education.

In today’s world of increased internet use (currently over 3 billion internet users in the world and counting), information is accessible from anywhere and you can get the answers to many medical treatments that are traditionally treated by a doctor who then refers you to a therapist.

If I can teach you some of the things that I love to practice in my personal life, as well as with my patients, I hope to help save you time, money, and loss of function in your life.
